Course Description:

Typesetting, Writing of letters and numbers. Drawing of buildings in plan, sections and sideview. Site plan and coverage plan. Reference to building technology and basic construction materials. Construction of main structure. Drawing of reinforcement plans. Types of internal and external walls. Floors and roofs. Water, thermal and sound insulations. Waterproofing of roofs and basements. Learning Objectives

After the successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

  1. know to draw a complete building
  2. know the basic techniques needed for its construction
  3. form basic architectural spaces in connection with the dimensions of the structural elements
  4. integrate the basic principles of other specialties (thermal, sound insulation etc.) into building planning
